Thelma Hinton Dobbins, 87, of 200 Anne Drive, died Wednesday December 9, 2009 at Easley Living Center.

Mrs. Dobbins was born in Roberta, Georgia, a daughter of the late Charlie Francis and Vera Mae George Hinton. She retired from Walmart in Easley and was a member of Pendleton Street Baptist Church.

Surviving are her son, Ricky L. Dobbins (Joann), of Easley ; daughters, Joyce Zeagler, of Baytown, Texas and Toni Teal (Ken), of Easley ; sisters, Bobbie Turner, of Westminster, SC, Lois Ledbetter, of Fernanbina Beach, Florida, Sara Day, of Easley and Betty Lesley, of Greenville ; a brother-in-law, Buddy Dobbins (Rene), of Greenwood ; a sister-in-law, Bea Hinton, of Easley ; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great, great-grandchild.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Leroy Dobbins ; daughters, Cheryl Noblitt and Patricia Ann Haynes ; grandchildren, Tammy Haynes, James Edward Noblitt, III and Richard Allen Zeagler.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Rock Springs Baptist Church with the Reverend Dr. David Gallamore officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM Saturday, prior to the service, at the church.

The family is at the home of Toni and Ken Teal, 109 Agnes Court, Easley.
