Thomas Claude Davis, 89, formerly of 216 Gillespie Road, died Thursday, November 12, 2009 at Rosemond Living Center in Pickens.
Born in Liberty, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dora Wilson Davis. He was retired from the textile industry and was of the Baptist faith.
Surviving are three sons, Thomas D. Davis, Ronnie D. Davis and wife Frances, Jimmy D. Davis, all of Liberty; five grandchildren, and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Lou Ellen Owens Davis; a son, Larry K. Davis; and several brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be 11 AM Monday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown. Burial will follow in Abbott Cemetery in Liberty.
Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3 PM until 5 PM at the funeral home.
The family is at their respective homes.
