Thomas Emory Durham, 57, husband of Becky Elrod Durham of Central, passed away, Sunday, July 21, 2024 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.

Tommy was born in Pickens, SC a son of Nancy Hendricks Durham of Six Mile and the late Donnie Durham. Tommy was a 1984 graduate of Daniel High School and earned an associate degree in Machine Tool and Dye at Tri County Technical College. He was a commercial trucker hauling airplane fuel for Tomahawk Energy. He was a mason and a member of Gap Hill Baptist Church. He loved his family, especially his grandbabies. He loved to ride his horses and trail riding, 18 wheelers and trucking, and loved being the “Dance Dad” and then “Dance Papa.”

Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are his children, Michael Durham, Allison Whiten and husband, Andy, Cody Bolick, Callie Mauldin and husband, Carson, Abbey Ridley and husband, Petey and Tyler Bolick; grandchildren, Gracie Seigle, Tristan Durham, Emmarie Whiten, Mayven Ridley, MaKenna Mauldin and a bonus granddaughter, Paisley Potts; sisters Suzie McCoy and husband, Mike and Phyllis Simpson; and many nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 PM, Saturday, July 27, 2024 at Gap Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Boyce Whitman and Rev. Shannon Owens officiating. Burial will follow in Gap Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM, Friday, July 26, 2024 at Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, 108 Cross Creek Road, Central, SC 29630.
