Thomas E. Freeman, 73, of Port Orange, FL returned to his heavenly home on February 21, 2015.

Funeral services will be 2 PM, Saturday, March 14, 2015 in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home, Central, SC with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery, Central.

The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:00 PM, Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.

Tom was born in Charlotte, NC to Clemer and Lucille Freeman. The family moved to the Daytona Beach area in the 1950's. Tom graduated from Seabreeze High School and earned his BA in Fine Art at the University of South Florida. Tom, with his family, owned and operated Treasure Isle Mobile Homes. They developed mobile home communities in the Daytona area, as well as selling and servicing mobile homes for many years. He then started Halston's Fine Jewelry and Gifts in Port Orange. Tom's final business venture was Stone Edge Skateboard Park in So.Daytona.

Tom will be remembered for his athletic ability. He played football, softball, raced motorcycles and drag raced cars, and enjoyed riding his Harley, but his passion was golf. He even achieved top amateur golfer in Florida one year. Tom was also a spiritual man, and faithfully attended Crossroads Ministries. He especially loved studying the Bible and singing gospel songs.

Tom will be sadly missed by his devoted and loving wife of 22 years, Diane Kelly Freeman; by his 3 daughters: Debby Eichenblatt, Deneah Bledsoe-Riccio, and Kelli B. Althouse; by his siblings James Freeman, Pete Freeman, and Sandra Lee; by his beloved grandchildren Cody and Kelsie; and his parents-in-law, R. G. and Wilma Gossett Kelly of Central.
