Thomas Marion George, Jr, 58, of 208 Loblolly Court and husband of Vivian Dianne Elrod George, died Monday, September 25, 2006 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Mr. George was born in Pickens County, a son of the late Thomas M. and Geneva Holden George. He was a retired carpet installer with Carolina Carpet Company and was a member of the Easley First Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife of the home are: a son, Stanley Scott George of the home; two daughters, Trina Smith of Clover and Vickie Gunn of Demorest, GA; brother, Jimmy George of Easley; a sister, Joan Hyman of Gray Court, SC; and 5 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM, Wednesday, at the Easley First Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Michael Wiles and Pastor Aaron Elrod officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
The family is at the residence.
