Thomas Harrison Nalley, 84, husband of Betty Hunt Nalley, passed away Wednesday, October 10, 2012, at McCall Hospice House, in Simpsonville.
Born in Easley, to the late Tom and Ethel Foster Nalley, "Bud", as he was known to everybody, was a hard worker all of his life. He spent half of his life owning and operating his own lumber business, and the other half doing pipeline construction. When he wasn�??t working, he enjoyed traveling with Betty, as they have been to all fifty states. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are three sons, David (Debbie), Benny (Sandra), and Danny (Amy) Nalley; four grandchildren, Megan, Bridget, and Lindsay Nalley, and Laura Cox; and a sister, Emmanan Dillard.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, at Fairview United Methodist Church.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. Friday, at the church, prior to the service.
The family is at the home.
