THOMAS L. PURVINES Central
Thomas Luther Purvines, 47, husband of Karen McFalls Purvines, died Friday, July 10, 2009 at Oconee Memorial Hospital in Seneca. A native of Greenville, he is the son of Luther James and Ruth Mauldin Purvines. He was a 1980 graduate of Parker High School and was employed as a truck driver. Music was his most loved hobby.
He was a member of Woodside Baptist Church.
In addition to his wife and parents, he is survived by son, Jeremy Purvines of the home; daughters: Crystal Walsh and Seanna Walsh of the home; sisters: Loraine Moore of Greenville and Dolly Grice of Easley and grandson Braiden Hooper.
Memorial services will be Tuesday at 3:30pm at the Freedom Fellowship Church, 1038 Church Street in Central. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2-3:30pm at the church prior to the service.
