Thomas Joseph Smith

Thomas Joseph Smith, 76, husband of the late Sandra Callaham Smith, passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020.

Born in Queens, New York, a son of the late Clifford Smith and Virginia Gunther Smith, he served our country for four years in the US Marine Corps. Mr. Smith enjoyed golfing and spending time with his family. He was a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Easley.

He is survived by his stepson, Cecil Duncan (Debbie) of Taylors; stepdaughter, Kim Downs (Chris) of Birmingham, AL; a brother, Clifford Smith (Jane) of Valley Stream, NY; step-grandchildren, Melissa Duncan (Josh Tollison) and Allie Moon (Connor), a step-great-grandchild, Charlie Moon; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Scroll to the video player below to view the service. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
