Thomas Michael Springer

Thomas Michael Springer, 66, of Central, husband to Angela Peterson Springer, passed away April 19, 2022.

Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of Vivian H. Colby and the late Charles Thomas Springer.  Mr. Springer was a Professor in the School of Business at Clemson University and a member of Alive Wesleyan Church.

He is survived by his wife, Angela Peterson Springer; son, Jesse Thomas Springer of Central; daughters, Elizabeth Michelle Hardin (Kevin) of Cleveland and Aimee Lynne O’Kelley (Tyler) of Sunset; grandchildren, Rebekah White, Emmett White, Madelyn White, Josiah White, Alyssa White, Addison O’Kelley and Cade O’Kelley; mother and stepfather, Vivian and George Richard Colby.

A celebration of Tom’s life will be held at 11 AM, Monday, May 2, 2022 at Alive Wesleyan Church in Central.  

The family will receive friends from 10 to 10:50 AM, Monday prior to the service at the church.
