 Thomas Walter “Tommy” Stegall, Jr., 51, of Pelzer, passed away Monday, October 7, 2024.

 Born in Anderson County, he was the son of Diane Presley Stegall of Pelzer and the late Thomas Walter Stegall, Sr.

 Tommy was an artist specializing in Tattoo creations. He enjoyed making his Tattoo machines, forging knives, and playing video games.

 In addition to his mother, he is survived by his son, Javen Ash Stegall of Kennesaw, GA.
