Timothy "Tim" Pace, 53, of Pickens, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at Rainey Hospice House.
Born in Pickens County, Mr. Pace was a son of Gary Bagwell Pace and Jean Pace and the late Martha Gene Garrett Merril Pace. Tim served in the U.S. Navy. He was a welder and loved Clemson football, golfing and his two dogs.
Surviving in addition to Gary and Jean Pace, are his fiancé, Barbara Conners; a brother, Rick Pace of Travelers Rest; a sister, Diane Fricks of Charlotte, NC; aunt and uncle Lu and Larry Bagwell, Pat Martin and several nephews and cousins.
A memorial service will be 2:30 PM Wednesday, March, 7, 2012 at Fairview United Methodist Church, 200 East Church Road, Easley, SC 29642. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 2:30 PM Wednesday, prior to the service at the church.
