Tom A. Hannah

Tom A. Hannah, 76, husband of the late Lillie Thelma "Lou" Hannah, passed away Friday, July 12, 2019.

Born in Columbus, MS, he was the son of the late Morgan Hobson Hannah and Mamie Mason Hannah. Tom retired from Western Textile Products after 30 years of service and continued working in his own business, Hobson Company, until fully retiring in 2018. He was a member of Mt. Airy Baptist Church.

Surviving are his two sons, Morgan Allen Hannah (Kim) and Jonathan Hannah; two sisters, Barbara Hannah VanNeste and Faye Hannah Wright; and one grandson, Austin Hannah.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his two brothers, Winford Ray Hannah and Morgan Harold Hannah.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at 2:00pm in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30pm - 1:45pm at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Mt. Airy Baptist Church Building Fund or to the Mt. Airy Water Missions International to help build water wells in Kenya.
