Tommy Joe Davis, 41, of 164 Big Foot Road, died Saturday, June 6, 2009.
Born in Pickens County, a son of Virgil "Red" Leon Davis of Easley, and the late Pearlene Owens Davis, Mr. Davis was of he Church of God Faith.
Surviving, in addition to his father, are his wife, Tammy Grant Davis of the home, two sons, Leon Thomas Walter Davis and Nathaniel Joshiah Ephiram Lawton Davis, both of the home; a step-daughter, Katlyn Olivia Grant of Pickens; a brother, Billy Joe Davis and wife, Patricia, of Pickens, a sister, Shirley Ann Bolding and husband, Stanley, of Pickens; his step-mother, Peggy Smith Davis of Easley; and a nephew, Jeremy Bolding of Pickens.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday at Bethany Church of God. Burial will follow in Martin Grove Wesleyan Church Cemetery.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, and will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday.
The family is at the home of Joseph and Artie Grant, 204 Grant Road, Pickens, SC 29671.
