Tommy Lee Thompson, 54, of Piedmont, husband of the late Tonya Thompson, passed away Thursday, January 24, 2019 at his home.
Born on October 5, 1964 in Morristown, Tennessee, he was the son of the late Ervin Lee and Myrtle Louise Henderson Thompson.
Tommy enjoyed wood working, and was a jack of all trades. Tommy loved spending time with his family, especially his five grandchildren.
Tommy is survived by his sons, Lee Thompson (Christie) of Liberty, and Matt Thompson (Kayla) of Piedmont; a daughter, Clara Tiedemann (Kyle) of Dover, Delaware; a sister Tammy Head of Greenville; and five grandchildren, McKenna, LJ, Tucker, Ella, and Zachary.
In addition to his wife and parents, Tommy is predeceased by a daughter, Cassie Thompson.
The family will hold a private memorial service.
