Tony Wayne Sloan, 68, husband of Ruth Mote Sloan, of Easley, passed away Wednesday, July 31, 2024.

Born in Pickens Co., he was a son of Mary Miller Sloan the late Harvey Lee Sloan.

Mr. Sloan loved spending time with his loving children and grandchildren. He attended Westville Church of God of Prophecy.

In addition to his mother, Mary, and his loving wife of 43 years, Ruth, Mr. Sloan is survived by his daughters, "Daddy's Little Darlings", Brandy Rhoda (Doug) and Jessica Sloan Hunter, both of Easley; his brother, Tim Sloan of Easley; and his grandchildren, "Papa's Babies", Madison and Anna "Annie" Grace Rhoda, and Evan, Hailey, and Emily Hunter.

In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Jesse Hunter.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home, Downtown. Burial will follow in Miller Family Cemetery, Little Pond Road, Dacusville.

The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1:00 p.m. until 1:45 p.m. Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the funeral home.🖖🤜🤛
