Born in Rochester, NY, he was the son of Doris Gonzalez and Victor Madera, Sr.
In addition to his parents, Victor is survived by a son, Victor J. Madera; sisters, Xiomara Madera (Alex Astacio) and Ariana Madera; a brother, Abdier Madera; nieces and nephew, Amelia, Annabella, Luna, and Jeyron Astacio; and a beloved family friend and mother to his son, Natasha Mercado.
A private burial will take place in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
