Vineta Gantt Mull, 103, formerly of the Glenwood Community, wife of the late A.E. "Gus" Mull, passed away Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Majesty Health and Rehab.
Born in Pickens County, the daughter of the late William Edward and Lillie Craig Gantt, Mrs. Mull was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church,
Easley for over sixty years.
Surviving are two sons, George D. Mull (Carol) of Honea Path and Allen Mull (Joan) of Jonesville; a sister, Lillian Corley of Greenwood; nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Mull was predeceased by a son, James E. Mull, a daughter, Mary Ellen Mull, three brothers, Horace Gantt, Paul Gantt and Charles Gantt, and by two sisters, Virginia Wilson and Louise Williams.
Funeral services will be in 3:30 PM Saturday the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2:30 until 3:30 PM Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
