Viola Roach Nix

Viola Roach Nix, 91, wife of the late Larry Broadus Nix, passed away Sunday, August 15, 2021.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Rufus Roach and the late Rachel Hamilton Roach, Mrs. Nix retired from Alice Manufacturing Company with over fifty years of service and was a member of Roanoke Baptist Church.
Surviving are her son, Larry Michael Nix (Sybil) of Easley; her daughter, Sheila Mauldin (Mark) of Idaho; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Nix was predeceased by two brothers, Willie and James Roach; and a sister, Sue Reid.
Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Friday, August 20, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 AM until 12:30 PM Friday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, Easley, prior to the graveside service.
