Virginia K. Breazeale

Mrs. Virginia King Breazeale, 90, widow of the late Horace Dillon Breazeale, of Easley, died Tuesday, October 20, 2020, at her home.
The daughter of the late A. H. "Mose" and Esther Hendrix King, she was retired from Bank of America where she worked in bookkeeping and customer service. She was a 1947 graduate of Easley High School, where she was class secretary. A member of Arial Baptist Church for 88 years, she served as church pianist and Women's Missionary Union Director and taught the Grace Sunday School class. She was known as a prayer warrior and when people would ask her to pray for them, she would say, "Let's stop and pray right now," and she loved to tell anyone she encountered, "I Love Jesus!" She was the oldest attending member of the church.
She is survived by three children, Greg Breazeale (Beverly) of Easley, Carol Johnson (Quay) of Travelers Rest and Thomas Breazeale (Carol) of Easley; four grandchildren, Katie Thomas (Brett) of Anderson, Airman First Class Thomas Breazeale of Warner Robins, GA, and Luke and John Johnson of Travelers Rest; two great-grandchildren, Elisabeth and Wyatt Thomas of Anderson; and a sister, Sarah Masters of Easley.
She was predeceased by twin sons, Barry and Larry who died shortly after birth; two brothers, A. Kendall King and Ray King, both of Easley; and a sister Mabel King, also of Easley.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, October 25, 2020 at Arial Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park. Due to the COVID-19 Crisis, social distancing will be encouraged at the church and masks will be required.
You may pay your respects to Mrs. Breazeale on Saturday, October 24, 2020 from Noon until 5:00 PM at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown.
