Virginia Alice "Ginny" Willis Brewer, 81, of 2234 Norris Highway and widow of Joseph Clint Brewer, died Thursday, October 11, 2012 at her home.
Raised in LaFrance she was a daughter of the late Jones and Carrie Leopard Willis. She was a retired employee with J.P. Stevens Clemson Plant and attended Tri City Baptist Church in Easley.
Surviving are a son Richard Brewer; 4 daughters, Jo Ann Barnes (Stanley) and Janet Lee Brewer both of Central; Debbie Whitmire (Steve) of Liberty, and Pattie Brewer of the home; 2 brothers, William Willis of Easley and Frank Willis of Anderson; sister, Mary Limbaugh of Easley; 5 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by 2 granddaughters, Jennifer and Carrie.
Funeral services will be 3 PM, Saturday in the chapel of Duckett-Robinson Funeral Home with burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Central.
The family will receive friends from 1:30 to 2:45 PM, Saturday prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family is at the home of Jo Ann Barnes, 120 Moore Street, Central, SC 29630.
