Vivian Marie Leader Hughes, 94, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017.
Born in Bangor, Maine, Vivian graduated from Deering High School, Class of 1942. She joined the US Coast Guard during World War II, and met her husband, Easley native, Coach James A. Hughes in Portland, Maine.
Vivian loved her family, making meals and finding bargains at garage sales.
She is survived by her daughter, Gail West of Colorado, and her son, Jim Hughes of Easley; five grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:00am at Robinson Memorial Gardens Chapel of Reflection Mausoleum.
