W. Sam Mauldin

W. Sam Mauldin, 84, of Easley, passed away March 12, 2017.
Born in the Hurricane Creek Community of Anderson County, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Spearman Mauldin.
Sam worked at Saco Lowell from 1957 until 1995 under Plant Manager Bob Rich.
Surviving are his wife of 64 years, Ruth Medlin Mauldin of the home; a son, Danny Mauldin and his wife Michelle, of Easley; a daughter, Jo Anne Weeks and her husband Frank, of Myrtle Beach; three grandchildren, Jennifer Mitchell and her husband Chris, of Pickens; Stacey Gravely and her husband Jeremy, of Pickens; and Brad Mauldin and his wife Chasity, of Liberty; and six great grandchildren, Matthew Mitchell, Daniel Mitchell, Ben Mitchell, Audrey Mitchell, Allie Gravely and Carleigh Mauldin.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 10:30am at Robinson Memorial Gardens.
