Wallace G. Spearman, 70, husband of Linda Spearman, died Saturday, April 10, 2010, at Easley Baptist Hospital.
Born in Danielsville G.A., the son of the late Tye and Grace Bridges Spearman, Mr. Spearman was retired from Armstrong World Industries, a member of Free Will Baptist Church, and served as a Mason in the Sam Poe Lodge. He was an avid bowler of over forty eight years, having earned a lifetime position in the GGBA Hall of Fame.
Surviving in addition to his wife are two daughters, Pat Spearman of Easley and Denise Burgess and her husband, Rev. Keith Burgess, of Charleston; one sister, Janice Allen (Olin) of Greenville; two grandchildren, Marie Burgess Perry (Matthew) of Sumter, and Bryan Burgess (Sarah) of Charleston; and a nephew, Travis Allen (Vonda) of Greenville.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with the Rev. Keith Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.
Visitation will be from 10:00 until 11:00 a.m. prior to the service, at the funeral home.
The family is at the home, 115 Stonehurst Ln., Easley, S.C. 29640.
