Mr. William Walton "Walt" Wilson, 92, husband of Charlotte Faye Hayes Wilson, passed away Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at McCall Hospice House.

Born in Spartanburg, a son of the late William Zadok and Belle Pittman Wilson, Mr. Wilson retired from Clemson University and was a member of Mountain View Baptist Church. He was a US Army Air Corps Veteran having served in WWII.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of seventy years, are a son, Beverly Alan Wilson of Greenville; a daughter, Charlotte Diane Wilson Brenner of Canton, GA; two sisters, Dorothy Lou Parris of Columbia, SC, and Joey Greene of Greer. In addition to his parents, Mr. Wilson was predeceased by three brothers.

Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Friday, May 13, 2016 at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.

The family will receive friends immediately following the graveside service, at the graveside.

Family members are at their respective homes.
