Walter Talley Walls, 56, husband of Cassie Adams Walls, passed away on Thursday, July 16 at his home.
Born in Selma, AL, a son of Lucy Talley Walls and the late Donald A. Walls, he was a loving husband and father who enjoyed reading, music, playing saxophone, and spending time with family. He worked as a network engineer for TSA Choice in Asheville, NC and attended Biltmore Church in Asheville, NC. He graduated from the University of West Georgia in 1987 with a degree in Criminology, where he was also in the band.
Surviving, in addition to his wife and mother, are a son, Jeb M. Walls; a daughter, Savannah C. Walls, both of Easley, SC; a brother, Donald Lee Walls; a sister, Margaret Quinton (Daryl); a niece, Kelcy Quinton; nephews, Church Trombley of Savannah, GA, Justin Quinton and Josh Quinton, both of Carrollton, GA; mother-in-law, Ruth Brockwell of Salem, SC; and a sister-in-law, Brooke Dicks (Scott Trombley) of Savannah, GA.
The family will host a memorial service at a later date.
