Wanda Faye Jones, 59, of 225 The Road, passed away Thursday, September 6, 2012 at her home.
Born in Pickens County, a daughter of the late Clifford Carey and Beulah Elizabeth Cash Jones, Mrs. Jones formerly was employed with Singer in Pickens and was a member of Cove Creek Baptist Church.
Surviving are a daughter, Jeannie Brown (Chris); a brother, Joe Jones; a sister, Marie Jones Reeves; and two grandchildren, Brett and Lindsey Brown.
Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Saturday in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown with Rev. Travis Spivey officiating. Burial will follow in Cove Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Casey Reeves, Allen Jones, Terry York, Scott Durham, Johnny Cash and Hershal Chapman.
Visitation will be from 1:00 until 1:45 PM Saturday at the funeral home, prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Building Fund of
Cove Creek Baptist Church, 255 Cove Creek Church Road, Pickens, SC 29671.
