Clemson
Warren William Wagner, 88, of Clemson died Saturday, October 31, 2009 at the Cottingham House at Oconee Hospice of the Foothills. A native of New York, he was the son of the late William and Augusta Kemmethmuller Wagner. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife Claire B. Wagner.
Warren is survived by three daughters, Ann Mustian and husband Dennis of Belmont, NC, Joan Wagner-Schaper of Park Forest, IL and Janet Wagner of South Portland, ME; a brother, Kenneth Wagner and wife Marion of Hot Springs Village, AR; grandchildren Julie Furgason and husband Greg of Park Forest, IL and Stephen Schaper and wife Grace of Urbana, IL; and loving companion, Patricia Cowden of Clemson, SC.
Warren worked many years for both the RCA Space Center in Hightstown, NJ and Carolina Real Estate in Clemson. He was a lifetime member of Rotary International serving in multiple capacities in the Hightstown-South Brunswick, NJ and Clemson, SC chapters.
A memorial service will be held in the Ernie Corley Activity Center at Clemson Downs on Sunday, November 8, at 2PM. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Oconee Hospice of the Foothills, Foundation Office, 298 Memorial Drive, Seneca, SC 29672.
