Weldon C. Albertson

Mr. Weldon C. Albertson, 73, of Easley, husband of Ruby Davis Albertson, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2016.

Born August 15, 1942 in Anderson County, SC, he was a son of the late Willard and Pearl Porter Albertson. He owned and operated Crown Ribbon Company in Easley for over 35 years.

In addition to his wife of 56 years, he is survived by his brother, Vernell (Donna) Albertson; sister, Grace A. Blackston; brother-in-law, James "Jimmy" Suddeth; and special friend, Phyllis Lindsay.

In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers, James and Wayne Albertson and sister, Nancy Albertson Suddeth.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, March 12th at Robinson Funeral Home - Downtown, which will be followed by funeral service at 2:30 PM in the Chapel with eulogy offered by Barry Blackston, MD and officiated by Rev. Justin Davis and Rev. John Brown.    Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

The family will be at the home.
