Wilbert Scott Willis, 84, of 140 Lake Forest Circle and husband of Patricia Ann Willis, passed away Wednesday January 14, 2015 at Greenville Memorial Hospital.
Mr. Willis was born in Miami, Florida to the late Glascow Scott and Melvina Lucille Fisher Willis. He retired from the City of Orlando, Florida, where he served for 40 years as the Assistant Chief of the Building Department. He served in the Merchant Marines and the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a meember of the American Legion Post #77.
Surviving in addition to hid wife is a daughter, Sheryl Lynn Talton, of Pearland, Texas; 2 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
