Wilford John Flaler, 90, of 706 Pelzer Highway, died Sunday, January 15, 2006.
Mr. Flaler was born in Darke County, OH, a son of the late John W. and Jennie Ellis Flaler. He was a retired general supervisor with General Motors and attended St. Matthias Lutheran Church. He was a US Navy veteran of WWII.
Surviving are his wife, Viola Mass Flaler of the home; a daughter, Pamela J. Adams of Greenville; sister Opal Irene Isles of, Michigan; grandchildren, John Feith of Dyersburg, TN and Tamara Quessenbery of Greer, SC and 4 great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at 11 AM Saturday at St. Matthias Lutheran Church.
The family will receive friends at the church immediately following the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either Meals on Wheels of Greenville, 15 Oregon Street, Greenville, SC 29605 or to St. Matthias Lutheran Church, 501 Powdersville Road, Easley, SC 29642.
Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown is assisting the family with arrangements.
