William "Will" Stanley Childress, II, 25, of 177 Brothers Road, died Friday, May 22, 2009.
Born in Greenville County, a son of William Stanley and Rebecca Gilstrap Childress, of Easley, Will was an electrician with Aerotek of Greenville, and was a member of Dacusville United Methodist Church.
Surviving, in addition to his parents, is a sister, Hayley Childress of Easley. He was predeceased by his grandparents, William and Helen Gilstrap and A.B. and Esther Childress.
Will is also survivied by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, and his heart of gold. He was loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Dacusville United Methodist Church with Rev. James McCoy-Bruce and Rev. Troy Childress officiating. Burial will follow in the cemetery.
The body is at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown where the family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Sunday and will be placed in the church at 1:00 p.m. Monday.
The family is at the home of his parents, 173 Brothers Road, Easley, SC 29640.
