William Clyde Austin, 77, of 200 Tyler Ct., husband of Norma Jenkins Austin, passed away Sunday, September 21, 2014 at his home.
Born May 25, 1937 in Georgia, he was a son of the late William Carl and Eunice Irene Coker Austin. He was retired from Carotell Paperboard and of the Baptist faith.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, James Austin, Susan Bradley, Ashley Austin, Jennifer Austin, and Sherry Gwinn; brothers, Dewey Austin and Gary Austin; sister, Euna Lee; ten grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Earl Austin.
Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Tuesday, September 23, 2014 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Powdersville Road. Burial will follow in Robinson Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 3:45 PM Tuesday, prior to the service at the funeral home.
