William "Bill" Campbell

William Allen Campbell, 81, husband of Janet L. Campbell passed away Friday, November 22, 2019. He was born August 15, 1938 in Oak Hill West Virginia, a son of William H. and Garnett McReynolds Campbell. He was a member of Easley Bible Methodist Church.

After graduating from high school Bill joined the United States Marine Corps. His three years of service all took place at Camp LeJeune. Following his honorable discharge Bill worked at various jobs.

Bill loved nature, being outdoors, wood working, and traveling.

He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Janet, of Central; three children: son, Jim and wife Wendy, of West Virginia, son, Stephen and wife, Emily of Ohio, and daughter, Brenda Bostic of California; grandchildren, Chaz Allen Campbell and wife Emmaline, Janessa Ann Campbell and husband Adam, Garth Bostic and wife Rebecca, William Campbell and wife Kate, Wyatt Bostic and wife, Else, Emily Campbell, and Tillie Ann Campbell; great grandchildren, Bennett Rose, June Campbell, Gabriel Bostick, Zachary, Dillon, Austin, Wesley, and Grady Campbell; brother, John Campbell and wife Susan of California; sisters, Gwen Anne Sheriff of Clemson, Gail Jones and husband Bill of Summerville, SC, and Judy Wells and husband, Jim of Tennessee.

In addition to his parents, Bill was predeceased by a brother, Norman.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Monday, November 25th at the Easley Bible Methodist Church, 855 Gentry Memorial Hwy, Easley, SC 29640.

The family will receive friends at 1:00 PM prior to the service.

Interment will be Tuesday, November 26 at 10:00 AM at MJ "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery, 140 Inway Drive, Anderson, SC 29621.
