William Edward Dickerson

William Edward Dickerson, 78, husband of the late Judy Elaine Dickerson, went to be with his Lord Jesus on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at St. Francis Hospital.
Mr. Dickerson was born in Greenville, the son of the late David and Eva Dickerson. He served in the US Air Force.
Bill retired from medical sales after 30 years of service and also owned Advanced Maytag in Anderson. He was a member of Siloam Baptist Church and the Jack Cooper Sunday School Class.
Surviving are two sons, Dr. Billy Dickerson, Jr. and wife Donna, of Easley; Steve Dickerson and wife Debbie, of Franklin, TN; 5 grandchildren, Sara Carroll, Rebecca Hunter, Landon Dickerson, Will Dickerson and Kaden Dickerson; and 2 great grandchildren, Benjamin and Zoe Hunter.
In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, David, Rudolph and Raymond.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, July 8, 2018 at 3:00pm at Siloam Baptist Church, with Rev. Troy Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:30 - 2:45pm at the church.
