William Kyle Ficklin

William Kyle Ficklin, 19, of 811 Zion Church Road, died Tuesday, November 4, 2008.
Born November 9, 1988, in Greenville, he was the son of Everett Dwayne Ficklin (Shirley Haire) of the home and Brenda Garrison Jordan (L.B.) of Mauldin. He attended Pickens High School and was a graduate of the Beaufort Marine Institute. He was a member of Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Surviving in addition to his mother, father and step-parents are his fiancee', Kristin Medlin of Easley; one brother, Thomas Ross (Erika) of Piedmont; one sister, Renee Ross of Simpsonville; one step-brother, Jason Smith of the home; three step-sisters, Kayla and Jennifer Steen of Piedmont, and Heather (Chris) Smith, of Hickory Tavern; maternal grandmother, Betty Jo Cape, of Piedmont; paternal grandmother, Martha Williamson Craine, of Laurens; step-grandmother, Gail Ficklin of Ware Shoals: and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his grandfather, McNeil Ficklin.
Funeral services will be 3:30 PM Sunday in the Chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow at Cross Roads Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:30 PM Sunday at the funeral home prior to the service.
