William F. Looper, 74, of 107 Arlington Avenue, husband of the late Margaret Madden Looper, passed away Friday, May 27, 2011.
Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Leon and Jennie Farr Looper, Mr. Looper was a marine mechanic and a member of Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
Surviving are two sons, William F. Looper, Jr., of Pickens and Robert Nelson Looper of Liberty; one brother, Nelson Looper of Travelers Rest; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be 4:00PM Sunday, May, 29, 2011 at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church Cemtery.
Visitation will be from 2:30 until 3:45 PM Sunday at Mt. Carmel Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the William F. Looper Fund, c/o Robinson Funeral Home, PO Box 387, Easley, SC 29641-0387.
