Willie Thelma Bennett Booth, 80, of 915 Central Road, died Saturday, November 6, 2010 at Rainey Hospice House.

Born in Franklin County, GA, she was a daughter of the late Matt and Cora Gilliam Bennett. She attended Cannon Memorial Baptist Church in Central and was a member of the TEL Sunday School Class. She was an avid shopper, a lover of all animals and a true "Southern Lady".

Mrs. Booth is survived by her husband of 62 years, Henry Floyd Booth of the home; a son, David Booth and his wife Carol of Anderson; a brother, Boyce Bennett of Royston, GA; two grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Booth is predeceased by two brothers, Jim and Burrous Bennett and two sisters, Bernice King and Hazel Mulkey.

Cryptside funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday at Memory Gardens Mausoleum, officiated by Reverend Randy Perry.

The family will greet guests after the service at the mausoleum.

The family is at the home.

Memorials may be made to the Rainey Hospice House, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC 29621 or to an animal shelter of ones choice.
