Mrs. Willie Mae Murphy Little, 94, wife of the late James Harry Little, went to be with her Lord and Savior Friday, December 7, 2018.

Born in Anderson County, a daughter of the late Walter and Lottie Smith Murphy, Mrs. Little was a homemaker and a member of Zion United Methodist Church.

Surviving are two sons, Harry Keith Little and Barry Walter Little (Rhonda), all of Easley; four daughters, Barbara Riso of Picayune, MS, Elaine Gilbert (Bill) of Pendleton, SC, Sue Turner (Sam) of Gilbert, SC and Sheila Sorgenfrei (Dean) of Ocean Springs, MS; four sisters, Eutrulia Murphy, Polly Kay, Margaret McKinley, all of Anderson, and Olga Lee Vanaman of Fayetteville, NC; eleven grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Little was predeceased by a brother, Furman Murphy; and three sisters, Doris Parker, Catherine Clinkscales and Ola Kellett.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, December 12, 2018 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 12:30 PM until 1:45 PM Wednesday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

The family would like to express their gratitude to a special friend and caretaker, Elaine Sergent, for the love and care she has provided for Mrs. Little.
