Winford Grady Walsh, 89, of 112 Tara Court, passed away Thursday March 22, 2012 at his home.

Mr. Walsh was born in Lubbock, Texas, a son of the late Clifford A. and Mamie Moore Walsh. He was a U.S. Army veteran of W.W. II where he served in the Quarter Master Corps. He retired from the South Carolina National Bank, a Shriner and a member of the Scottish York Rite and the Lighthouse Baptist Church.

Surviving are his son, Gary Walsh and his wife, Nancy, of Columbia, SC; step-sons, Johnny Swanger of Easley, SC and Ricky White, of Marietta, SC; step-daughters, Brenda Hoffman, of Greenville, SC and Deborah Slaughter, of Liberty, SC; a brother, Eugene Walsh, of Sacramento, California; a sister, Doris Walsh Sims, of Fair Oaks, California; two grandchildren, Grady Walsh and his wife, Candice, of Elgin, SC and Amy Walsh Arnold and her husband, Malcom, of West Columbia, SC; two great-grandchildren, Addison Arnold and Coltan Arnold and numerous step-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wives, Iva P. Walsh and Bernita Simmons Walsh.

Graveside Services and Entombment will be 3:30 PM Monday at the Mausoleum at Greenville Memorial Gardens.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM Monday at Robinson Funeral Home - Powdersville Road.

Memorials may be made to Jones Avenue Baptist Church, 614 Ross Avenue, Easley, SC 29642.

The family is at the residence.
