Winona A. Adcox Dunn

April 1, 1936 — January 11, 2022

Mrs. Winona Arculia Adcox Dunn, 85, wife of the late Billy Ray Dunn, went to be with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, January 11, 2022.

Born in Liberty, SC, a daughter of the late Luther Adcox and the late Ruth Sheriff Adcox, Mrs. Dunn was retired from, and a proud employee of, Valley Forge Flag Company, Inc., which is the official US Flag Manufacturer and was of the Baptist faith. She was a loving person that adored her family, if she loved you, it was with her whole heart. Winona will be dearly missed by all who loved and knew her.

Surviving are her daughter, Janet D. Medlin (Alvin) of Pickens; her son, Dave Dunn (Donna) of Pickens; a sister, Peggy Holliday of Easley; her four grandchildren, Lyle Medlin (Lindsay), Deanna Pace (Jacob), Ashtin Johnson (Kevin), and Tyler "Ty" Dunn; and her nine great-grandchildren, Eli, Ivan, James, Natalie, Lyla Belle, Violet, John Emmett, Bryson, and Maeleigh. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Dunn was predeceased by three sisters, Helen Gillespie, Frances Adcox, and Jean Hill; and one brother, Luther Adcox.

Graveside services will be 12:30 PM Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM Saturday at Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown, prior to the graveside service.

Family members are at their respective homes.
