Mr. Raymond "Wyatt" Williams, 89, husband of Gladys Louise Harkins Williams, went to be with his Lord and Savior Wednesday, May 2, 2018.

Born in Pickens County, a son of the late Ray O'Dell Williams and the late Hassie LaBoone Williams, Mr. Williams retired from Vulcan Materials with twenty-seven years of service and was a member of Smith Grove Baptist Church. He was a US Army Veteran having served in the Korean War.

Surviving, in addition to his wife of sixty-six years, are a brother, Harold L. Williams of Easley; and a sister, Ellen McDaniel of Pickens. In addition to his parents, Mr. Williams was predeceased by five sisters.

Funeral services will be 4:00 PM Friday, May 4, 2018 in the chapel of Robinson Funeral Home-Downtown. Private burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 3:00 PM until 3:45 PM Friday at the funeral home, prior to the service.

Active pallbearers will be Nick DiPietro, Luke DiPietro, Mario DiPietro, Eric Whitlock, Ron Harkins and Mike Adcox.

Escorts of Honor will be Sammy Couch and Alan McAlister.
